injured c kwan. T_T

someone got a asma kill her self to hospital, and we save his life. haha!

at hospital

she can't control& breathe too fast, so d oxygen can't go through his body, that why they cramp their leg and not enough training, right DrABC? haha!

well, i getting off these duty and just curse everone in there, duuh!

next year i will let down fer youuh guys, keep going.

Thursday:

damm, 1st morning i wake up early. my daily exercise physic increase to 4?! sir didn't right my book i send up b4, and also i decided not to hand up coz im kindaa late to school.



Friday:

get a worst result, i got last just because i Failed 3 subject?!
perhaps chinese can cover it of without taking malay.



Saturday:
meeting and practical Pc.
then training.
